“Create a life you don’t need a vacation from.”
I used to read this quote and wonder how it would be possible to live a life that felt so good, so free and so aligned that I wouldn’t NEED a vacation.
I no longer wanted to feel that I needed to run away, avoid, hide or be someplace else in order to experience PEACE. I wanted it to be my regular life.
Last week my family traveled to Mexico for a vacation. It was our first vacation since Covid began and as I sat on a balcony watching the beautiful scenery – I felt like I wanted this trip, I wanted to spend time with family away from the regular routine – however, I did not need this vacation.
I didn’t need it because I feel at PEACE with myself. I know myself; I trust myself and I love myself unconditionally and you can too.
That doesn’t mean everything in my life is perfect. There are challenges, fears, and uncomfortable emotions, however I have PEACE IN MY HEART DESPITE ALL OF IT because I am committed to honoring my truth and walking the winding path towards awakening. This has been my path to freedom and it can be yours too.
Over the past 7 years, I have worked as a coach, listening and guiding others back to themselves (I have done this since childhood.) away from the nonsense, fears and tangled emotions of past trauma, and programming we’ve all received.
